This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-01-T-0073 and is issued as a Request for Quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 96-4. The solicitation is unrestricted. For informational purposes The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3448. The North American Industry Classification System is 332311. The small business size is 1000. The BID SCHEDULE shall be for Line Item 0001: ISU-60W-588 MOBILITY KIT, qty 20, manufacturer is AAR Cadillac, part number 56103-588. Specifications for kit: (4 Way) W/2 Hazard doors side by side/ 4 shelves per container/brackets 0002: ISU-70-KCW-588 MOBILITY KIT, qty 4, manufacturer is AAR Cadillac, part number 56150-588. Specifications for kit: (4 Way) W/2 Hazard doors side by side/ 4 shelves per container/brackets. 0003: Tie down strap, qty 400, manufacturer is AAR Cadillac, part number 86060-375. =20 0004: Shelf Brackets, qty 100, manufacturer is AAR Cadillac, part number 86015-503. DELIVERY: Delivery time shall be stated in the quotation and shall be delivered to 7196 Savannah Street, Moody AFB, GA 31699 P.O.C. TSgt Gill at (229) 257-5197. FOB POINT: Destination. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Signed quotes must indicate quantity, unit price and total amount. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERORS: The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
