Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: Sole Source Basis with Pacific Fire Laboratory for the building of an Intermediate Scale Calorimeter (ICAL) including and ICAL safety gas system. The Intermediate Scale Calorimeter components and features that provide fire conditions and exposure for fire testing are described in the ASTM E 1623 standard and ISO TR 14696. This will include an ICAL gas safety system. This is an all or none procurement. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specifications listed above This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and an award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote within 5 days after date of publication. Award will be based on best value to the government. Quotes must include price and product literature information, which list specifications, bullets per box and boxes per case.
