Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services non-personal issued by the 55th Contracting Office, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. This document was prepared in accordance with the format found in the Federal Acquisition Regulations Document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic announcement is the only solicitation being issued. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number(s) F25600-01-T-0129 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-13. The government intends to issue a purchase order to System Innovations, Inc. (Ph# 540-371-3399) for the following Item(s): Weather Scent Road Monitoring System ? Video only Part No. WS200 including 4 imager cameras, WeatherScene Application Software, Power Supply with back up, Telephone interface relay unit to send to the CDU via telephone line, and Control Display unit with Telephone modem link Part No. WS050. Entities may quote an or-equal for this solicitation, final determination decision of or-equal quotes will be with the govenment technical representitive. All services to be performed should be included in the quotation because NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. All quotes should be received by 24 September 2001 / 9am,CST and, if possible, sent back electronically via e-mail, if possible. The following clauses and provisions will apply to this acquisition.
