Description

1) The performance period for the equipment delivery shall be sixty (60) days and fifteen (15) days for the removal and installation of the compressors. 2) A Notice To Proceed will be issued at a time deemed appropriate by the contracting officer. Performance period will begin after contractors receipt of the Notice To Proceed. Seperate notice to proceeds will be issued for equipment and installation. 3) Warranty: Equipment warranty period will be gin upon completion and acceptance of the installation. 4) Facsimile Proposals: Facsimile proposals will be accepted; however the Government's receipt of proposals by the closing time is the responsibility of the offeror.
