Pron: AX149323AX , NSN: 1615-00-787-4268, PN: 204-040-402-9 Quantity 52 each with 100% option exercisable for two years, applicable to UH-1 Airframe Unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a Flight Safety Part. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The approved source is Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (97499). The required delivery when alternate II clause is recommended 45 each 300 Days Af ter Contract Award and 2 each month thereafter. The First Article Test Report is due 228 Days After Contract Award. When First Article is not applicable the required delivery is 45 each 240 Days After Contract Award and 2 each month thereafter. The clos ing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing dated stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation mus t be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All offerors must meet prequ alification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
