Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with the Bell-Boeing Joint Venture Team, 22398 James Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670 on an other than full and open competitive basis for the procurement of a ?Bridge Buy? of V-22 Flight Control Computer (FCC) Power Buffer OP Amps (PN No. 5962-8856201XX) and a ?Life-Time Buy? of FCC MIL-STD-1750 Processors (PN No. 5962-8766504UX). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Bell-Boeing Team is the designer, developer and sole producer of the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft.
