- This is a combined award notice and synopysis. The item purchased is an entirely integratable system, custom-made, capable of scanning and storing historically archived paper documents, and has the software necessary to index each document as it is being electronically scanned/stored; as well as software necessary to retrieve those documents after storage. Also provided, routine scheduled maintenance. This item will be purchased off of a GSA contract as managed by Xerox Connect Inc.
