Description

The Federal Correctional Institution Fort Dix, located in Fort Dix, New Jersey, has a requirement for two on-site dent al hygienist. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contrac t reads as follows: 3120 one-hour sessions. Dental Hygienist must have graduated from an allied health/technical school and posses a certification to perform dental hygienist services. A security investigation/clearance is required.
