- VA Boston Healthcare System is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with TOPCON AMERICA CORPORATION for a Retinal Digital Imaging System. This is considered a sole source based on the need for compability with most other VA Health Care Systems and related Healthcare Systems. Other sources who believe that they can meet the VA needs must provide a Business and Technical Proposal to this office by 3:00 PM, on or before, September 26, 2001.
