Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-01-T-0113. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20001213. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 335311. Small business size standard is 750. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The acqusition is for is as follows: 1 each RPR Power Factor Capacitor, Pad mounted capacitor bank, 34.5V, 1200 K V A R, Power factor correction equipment, similar to Shallbetter Inc. catalog part# SCLBL-M13151200-USW-GA, or equal, metal enclosed, automatically switched with associated vacuum switch, NEMA 3R factory furnished, steel welded enclosure with potential transformer, 3 phase, 4 wire WYE. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements required in this synopsis.
