- Synopsis: This is a noncompetitive acquisition to Lockheed Martin, cage code 04939, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is for USAF for purchase of 590 Bit Maintenance Panel Parts, NSN: 1270-ND161693L, part number 799415101, 5 each Drilling Templets, NSN 1270-ND161694L, part number 799415102 and Technical Orders Chnages, applicable to the F-15E and F16-C/D aircraft. The required delivery schedule is 45 days after contract award. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 days after the publication of this notice. The approximate response date will be 30 days following posting of this solicitation in the CBD. The Government does not have data rights, or manufacturing knowledge to permit acquisition from other sources. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
