Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Ultrax Inc, 3808 SW Windjammer CT, Lee s Summit, MO 64082, for a SCATS Test Set which quickly and accurately verifies proper operation of systems or individual system components on or off the aircraft using Simplified Acquisition Procedures an Other Than Full and Open Competition. The anticipated award date is 24 Sep 01. This is sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one Responsible Source and no other supplies o r services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitations or request for quotation will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by COB September 21, 2001. If no responses are received by this date, a sole source purchase order with Ultrax Inc. Will be pursued.
