The wing also hosts HQ NORAD, HQ USSPACECOM, HQ Air Force Space Command and the 302 Air Lift Wing. Also operates and supports Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Thule Air Force Base, and Clear Air Force Station. Team 21, the 21st Space Wing personnel, work throughout the Colorado Springs Complex in what is known as the Peterson Complex-Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, Cheyenne Mountain Air Station-as well as 25 locations in 9 countries around the globe. Schriever AFB Joint National Test Facility Schriever AFB, Colorado Thursday, October 11, 2001 Facility Mission: The 50th Space Wing Manages the worldwide Air Force Satellite Control Network (AFSCN). The Joint National Test Facility (JNTF) provides a state-of-the- Art capability for Ballistic Missile and Theater Air Defense testing, modeling and simulation, and Analysis. The facility also houses several tenants, Including the Space Warfare Center, the Attack and Launch Early Reporting to Theater (ALERT) center, And the Cheyenne Mountain Training System. Host Group's Name: Joint National Test Facility Population: 4,000 plus military, DoD civilians, and contractors Tenants located at facility: 50th Space Wing, 50th Operations Group, 50th Communications Group, 50th Support Group, Joint National Test Facility, Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO), Space Warfare Center, Space and Missile Systems Center, and tenant organizations from the 21st Space Wing and the Air Intelligence Agency.
