This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to BioMerieux/Fisher Scientific to provide 1 each Mini Vidas Analyer and D-dimer test cards for the period of 60 months for the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. The anticipated date of award is October 1, 2001. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
