Description

Brooklyn Job Corps Academy is a federally funded facility for disadvantage youth between the ages 16 and 24. The program operates year round with approximately 210 trainees. We are soliciting bids for routine laboratory testing services. Scope of work: Test: Hematocrit Urine Pregnancy Sickle Cell Thyroid Panel Prolactin HDL clamydia wound culture liver funtion glucose, fasting SMAC -12 SAC -6 GC culture GCG, blood qual. throat culture H. Pylori Cholesterol cholesterol RPR Pap smear urine culture urinalysis ldl cholesterol SMAC -18 Proposal should include specimen collection and delivery of results three times a week. All prices specified in the proposal should remain unchanged during the period of the (2) year contract.
