Description

Revised description as follows: Concrete Maintenance Systems, Inc. Huntington Beach, CA. A non-competitive procurement is anticipated for Re-coating of Floors in Hazardous Waste Storage Building 38 at the Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach Site, 800 Seal Beach Blvd, and Seal Beach CA 90740-5000. Contractor to structurally repair the moisture seepage outside the building into the building, therefore the buckling of the floor coating can be stopped. After the structure repair is completed, the floor will be coated according to the specifications for hazardous waste storage. Square footage approximately 2,500 square feet. All material must be compatible with existing flooring and must be identical to flooring being replaced. A sole source negotiated contract is deemed in the best interest of the government in order to avoid substantial duplication of cost to the government and als o to avoid unacceptable delays if fulfilling agency requirements. Oral RFQ will be utilized IAW SAP procedures. Anticipated award date 19 SEP 2001.
