Notice of Contract Action: The government intends to solicit a brand name requirement to provide equipment, cables, etc. for an audio-visual system at Maxwell AFB AL. The acquisition will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333315 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government will make a single award to the lowest priced and responsible contractor who can provide ALL specified items in one shipment and meet the required delivery date of 1 Dec 01. A combined synopsis/solicitation will be forthcoming and provide applicable clauses and provisions for this acquisition. Contractor must be in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in order to receive an award from the government. Statements of interest are due no later than close of business on 20 Sep 01.
