Description

The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle, Washington, requires a Contractor to provide and deliver home dialysis supplies to designated patients primarily in the Western Washington area and occasionally in Eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana. Supplies to be provided will be in accordance with the solicitation documents. Contract will be for the period of December 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002, with provisions for four additional one-year options. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this solicitation is 621330. The small business size standard is $5 million average annual receipts for the 3 preceding fiscal years. The Solicitation will be available for download at no charge via the VA business Opportunities System website at http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm on or about October 1, 2001. Offers are due on or about November 1, 2001. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium and no hard copies will be provided by the VA. Any amendments will be posted at the website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and amendments. Electronic offerors will not be accepted.
