Description

F41636-01-T-C0513 -- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS and SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information below. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Telephone System, (to include intercom capability operation, progressive number ring capability to include existing 1-800 line, conference call capability, interoffice transfer capability, 1 office secretary with caller ID capability, phone number in use panel capability, 12 basic number keys, LCD display, Hold Button, Redial Button, speakerphone capability, transfer Button, to be installed in HOUSTON, TX, 1 each. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement request. Offerors must complete Representations and Certifications if not already on file with this office, and must be registered in the Government Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Program. An official separate request for quotation (RFQ), or request for proposal (RFP), will not be provided incidental to this announcement. All interested parties may be submit their offers via Fax, e-mail, or, US Postal System. The Government will consider all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Award will be based on conformance to the conditions of the requirement, evaluation of price, responsibility of offeror, and the overall best value to the Government, in terms of, technical capability, price, delivery, and special features. Quotes must be received no later than 4:00PM (CST), 20 Sep 2001, with acceptance to be valid for 30 days.
