Description

This project will require a contractor to provide all necessary management, quality control, labor, materials, and equ ipment required to renovate an existing indoor firing range. Renovation work includes lead abatement, HVAC replacement, and removal of an existing and replacement of a new bullet trap. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition of all areas relating to the existing bullet trap in Ranges A through E, replacement of the existing HVAC system throughout the bui lding, complete lead mitigation in Range A through D and a cleanup of Range E, plumbing work through the ranges, electrical work in conjunction with the New HVAC system, and upgrade of the targetry control system in Range E.
