Description

The correct web site address is https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil. Also, when going into the web site to register, mistakenly the media indicated that the solicitation was only available on a CD. Again, this is a mistake and has been corrected. You should be able to download the solicitation from the web. Please note also that an amendment is forthcoming to delete all CLIN's with the exception of 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0013. The only school needing temporary heat is Phelps. Also, the technical point of contact listed at the web site is Rhonda Sturdavant. This is incorrect. The correct technical point of contact is Dan Oswald (202)529-9264 and (202)345-7568 as indicated in the CBD announcement. Thank you for your patience.
