The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) located in Research Triangle Park, NC intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with OCR Services, Inc. to extend the currnet requirement for the National Institute of Environmental Health Information Service Project under contract no. 273-97-C-0003 for an eight (8) month period from November 15, 2001 through July 15, 2002. It is the intent of the Government to modify the existing contract referenced above no later than November 15, 2001.*****
