Description

Provide Janitorial & related Services at the Kastenmeier U. S. Courthouse, 120 North Henry Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The approximate building cleaning area for this location is 51,512 square feet. This figure is an estimate only; potential offeorors are encouraged to inspect the site of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. The performance period is one year with four(4) one year options, with an estimated start date of January 1, 2002. Specifications will be available on or about October 2, 2001. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only, at the Internet site http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents.
