Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to Primedial Workplace Learning using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The contractor will provide one (1) 30-minute video training tape and a test covering the major learning points of the training program per month from Oct 1, 2001 through Sept 30, 2002 to each VA Medical Center's (nationwide) Police & Security Service Unit. The award will be 01 Oct 01. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
