Description

Solicitation ARCO-NAT-Masaryk-01 AN (IFB) Multifamily Apartment Building Asbestos Abatement. The solicitation is for the services of a subcontractor to supply Asbestos Abatement at Masaryk Towers in New York, New York. The contractor will act as a subcontractor to Arco Management Corp. The Subcontractor will have to provide the work in accordance with labor rates published under Davis Bacon. Certified payrolls are required weekly. Subcontractors must visit the site to inspect the work to be completed. Arco reserves the right to select more than one subcontractor for this solicitation.
