Description

The Department of the Treasury intends to award, on a sole source basis, two separate personal services contracts, one for a Senior Advisor for Budget Policy and Management and one for a Senior Advisor for Government Debt Issuance and Management. Each Advisor will provide a wide range of policy, technical, and managerial advice to senior officials in Ministries of Finance or related agencies, in connection with the implementation of the economic reform program of the respective governments. These Advisors will be assigned to the Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance and will be required to travel globally to perform the duties. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22. No telephonic inquiries will be accepted.
