Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-01-G-0216 through the Canadian Commercial Corporation, 50 O'Connor St., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada KIA 056 with Pratt & Whitney of Canad a to provide technical services in support of the T400 engine program located at NADEP Cherry Point. The technical Represen tative will serve as a point of contact for technical issues and questions about the T400 engine. Pratt & Whitney of Canada is to provide technical services for T400 engine components to update the Bill of Material for the purpose of assisting the Navy in maintaining configuration management for the T400 engine. Pratt & Whitney of Canada is the designer, developer, an d sole manufacturer of the T400 engine and is the only known firm capable of providing the above services in a timely manner required to respond to fleet problems.
