DESCRIPTION: This is a request for quotation (RFQ) ? F4022011620100. The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure on a competitive/small business set aside basis to provide full on-site maintenance to include labor, parts, management tools and supplies necessary to provide the preventive repair maintenance and emergency repairs of the Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS?s) for the period of 1 Oct 2001 ? 30 September 2002 for the Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency. Maintenance is required for the following items: Item No. 1: Powerware 50 Unit, 40 Yuasa DM50 Batteries; Exide UPS Systems, Powerware Plus 300, Quantity 480 Exide Dynacell DDV 5-19 Batteries; Exide (UPS) Systems, Powerware Plus 150, 200 Johnson Control Batteries-5, Cabinets (40 Batteries Each) Maintenance Free Batteries; Gould-ND6456-1 UPS Unit, 30 Power PRC 12150X Batteries; Emergency Power Engineering UPS Systems, 195 cells (Exide type CX-5B, supplied as (65) 3 cell units).
