Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole source small business set-aside (NAICS: 443120, SIC: 5045, Size Standard: $6.5M) to Red River Computer Company, 85 Mechanic Street, Lebanon, NH, 03766. DISA has as a requirement to establish a Real Time Laboratory for the Center of Integration. The scope of this effort includes a specific suite of components designed to permit Real Time processing to test and perform certifications against multitasking, embedded, and graphical user interface systems. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
