Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. The VA Network Business Center, Long Beach, CA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Medtronic Functional. The Request for Proposal # 600-173-01 "Magnetic Stimulator" is hereby issued for commercial items and is prepared IAW the format Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. See number Note 22. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Administration intends to purchase a Magnetic Stimulator MagPro and components. The following Magnetic Stimulator MagPro system and components to be purchased are: one (1) each of Product # 9016E0613 Magnetic Stimulator MagPro, one (1) each 1200MM Round Coil, one (1) each 20cm Oil Cooled Coil w/High Rep. Rate, one (1) each Cooling Unit. The warranty for this equipment shall be for one year from date of acceptance. The Delivery Schedule is NLT 60 days after receipt of order. Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination. The products shall be delivered to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA 5901 E. 7th St. Long Beach, CA 90822. Offeror shall submit a completed copy of provisions FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items (Jan 2001).
