Description

Provide artificial limbs and related services to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, Omaha, Grand Island, and Lincoln Divisions. This is a total small business set-aside. These services are to be provided for the period of October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002, with two option renewal years. Cost range -- between $100,000 and $250,000. Offers are to be submitted by close of business on September 26, 2001. Services must be provided within the city limits of each of the cities designated above at an established clinic.
