Description

The Government intends to issue a Sole Source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(ii) to Instrumented System Technology (I.S.T.) a small business located at 4707 Moore Street, Okemos, MI 48864 for 20 each GEM-3 Recording Systems with Accessories. To be D elivered to BUILDING 2-1728 ROOM 230, ARMISTEAD & WOODRUFF ST, FORT BRAGG, NC, 28307-5000. 8 each Delivery date NLT: 11/12/01and 12 each Delivery date NLT: 30 Jan 02. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance wi th the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation serves a s the Request for Quotation. This solicitation is a small business set aside with NAICS 334519. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Pric e will be used to evaluate the offers. The offerors need to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer (registered in the Central Contractor registration, DUNS nu mber, Cage Code, and TAX ID number). The statement at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due COB 24 Sep 2001.
