Description

33The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure three (3) Spartanics M 750 EZ-Kount paper counting machine (EZ-kount 750 sheet counter, table size: 36? depth X 46? wide) from SPARTANICS. This procurement is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Far 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered Note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR part 13.106-3 shall be used.
