Description

The 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB DC intends to award a simplified acquisition, purchase order to Congressional Quarterly Inc. for the purchase of on-line subscriptions of full text versions of Congressional documents. In the efforts to promote competition, SAF/FMB and FML have found that previous companies that provided on-line congressional services have merged with Congressional Quarterly Inc. Award will be subject to the availability of funds. Award of this solicitation will be made on or about 30 September 2001. NAICS Code: 511120. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
