Description

NAVSEA PORT HUENEME DIVISION Intends to procure housekeeping services for specific buildings located on the Naval Base Ventura County. The work involves hot water deep extraction carpet cleaning, cloth furniture (chairs, seating, couches, theatre seating, etc.) cleaning and HEPA vacuuming of the modular fabric partitions, seating and carpet. Prior to commencing work, at a date and time to be determined by the Contracting Officer and pre-performance conference will be held to discuss scheduling, safety, security, environmental protection, administration of the work, method and products used, and acceptance of contractors pre-performance submittals. At the pre-performance conference, the contractor shall submit for review and approval from the Contracting Officer, on the following items: MSDS sheets: Copies of material safety data sheets (MSDS) for all material used on this job shall be submitted as well as certification that all materials are chemically compatible and suitable for this project. Services shall be performed after business hours, between the hours of 5:00pm and 6:00am, Monday through Friday and/or on weekends and holidays between the hours of 5:00pm of workday prior to the holiday or weekend through 6:00am of the next workday.
