Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement consti tutes the only solicitation. DAMT01-01-R-0191 is issued as a Request for Proposals. This is an 8(a) set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561499 and small business size standard is $5,000,000.00. A fixed p rice contract is contemplated. Award will be on or before 30 Sep 2001. Support Services are needed to closeout 300 completed contracts in support of the Office of the PARC, HQ MTMC. The contractor will deliver closeout documentation for signature and an automated database system that tracks monthly status of contractor s performance completed to date. The proposed award will be for one base year and two one-year option periods. BASE PERIOD: 01 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002 0001 Contract Closeout Support 0002 Data Delivery OPTION PERIOD 1: 01 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003 1001 Contract Closeout Support 1002 Data Delivery OPTION PERIOD 2: 01 Oct 2003 through 30 Sep 2004 2001 Contract Closeout Support 2002 Data Delivery Prospective offerors shall provide a unit and extended amount for Contract Closeout Support CLIN 0001, 1001, and 2001 based on 12 months for the base period, option period one, and option period two. Data Delivery CLIN 0002, 1002, and 2002 are not separat ely priced. The estimated cost for this effort ranges from $300,000.00 to $450,000.00 including options. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and supplies, except Government Furnished, necessary to perform contract closeout and data deliv ery services. Oral presentations will be held on 19 Sep 2001 at HQ MTMC, MTAQ, Hoffman II, 200 Stovall Street, Alexandria VA 22332-5000. Prospective offerors shall email company name and a maximum of three attendees to caperso@mtmc.army.mil no later tha n 17 Sep 2001, Noon, EST to reserve your time for presentation. The time limit for oral presentation is 30 minutes and must be presented by one or more personnel who will perform on the resulting contract.
