Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a request for any interested sources that can Upgrade/Modify automated instruments that measure silt density index (SDI)of water at Yuma Desalting Plant in AZ. The modification/design for the particulate analyzers that remove particles is to prevent the fouling of the reverse osmosis equipment. Field testing of a prototype automated filter plugging analyzer must occur. Also, the maintenance on Government (SDI) instruments. Any vendor meeting the specification/requirements, are encouraged to submit a proposal to the Bureau of Reclamation, either by mail, fax, or transmittal to the e-mail address listed below no later than September 24, 2001. Responses should include brochures or other illustrative material in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the requirements stated above, and should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN), either by mail, fax, or transmittal to the e-mail address listed below no later than 10 days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the requirements stated above. Firms should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the size standard for Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3823 and the North American Industry Classification System Code is 334513, which means 500 employees work for your company. In response to this Request For Quotes notice, RFQ# 01SQ810043, all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
