- Notice of intent to issue oral RFQ on a sole source basis to MTS Systems Corporation, Eden Prairie, MN, for one MTS TestStar IIs Controller Upgrade Package for existing MTS Model 493 TestStar System at the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. MTS designed and installed the original equipment and is the only contractor capable of integrating the upgrade package into the current system. A non-competitive procurement is anticipated utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date is 19 Sep 01.
