This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for the Visual Information Support Center prepared IAW FAR Subpart 6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA40-01-T-0038 is issued as a Request for Quotation for one each, Globe Caster Studio or equal, to include: (All-In-One Studio) 4 input cards, expandable to 8 inputs (Composite, S-video (Y/C), component RGB/YUV, SDI): Master Broadcast Reference output module (supports analog component, composite and Y/C); digital component production switcher (Live control over transitions, digital video effects, animationed overlays, title rolls and crawls. Real-time chroma keying and virtual set composition); real time hybrid non-linear/linear editor w/RS422 control; Character Generator; Globecaster real-time 3D digital video effects; integrated paint and animation capabilities; Warp Engine; 2 DSK Cards; Still Store; RS422 Control; Local Reseller support with two (2) hours response; Ace License; Chroma-key holographic set; Two (2) day on site Factory Training Period.
