Description

1. This is a notice of intent to negotiate with NLX Corporation, 22626 Sally Ride Drive, Sterling, VA 20164-7106 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase simulation lab support services for the United States Navy Test Pilot School, Patuxent River. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NLX Corporation; who is the only known local source for these services. A Request for Quotation may be obtained by e-mailing a request to CarterLW@navair.navy.mil to the attention of Larry Carter. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
