- Description
- The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to negotiate with WorkDynamic Technologies, Inc., to conduct an analysis of NHTSA's user requirements for ccmMercury and implement the results of that analysis using ccmMercury. The contractor must create a pilot test environment that meets NHTSA's requirements. The Pilot consists of: creating a portion of the required support files, templates, etc.; creating the necessary test user accounts in ccmMercury Account Manager, outlining different security restrictions, field tags, etc.; assisting NHTSA's staff in determining the optimal configuration in terms of software, hardware, security restrictions, etc. for a successful pilot; testing user accounts, templates, restrictions and configurations and assisting with the testing the baseline teams's one button install. The contractor shall conduct the pilot in Washington, DC at the NHTSA office. After a successful pilot test environment creation, the contractor will create a detailed design and implementation plan for ccmMercury. This includes conversion of all of NHTSA's current data associated with the Correspondence Control Software, CCM, currently being used at NHTSA. Once data is converted training for all interest NHTSA users must be accomplished providing introductory and administrator training using ccmMercury. Finally, implementation of the ccmMercury must take place monitoring use of the system for one to two weeks correcting any problems that are encountered while NHTSA uses the system to track correspondence. Interested firms should identity their capability to respond to the work requirements listed above. Expression of interest without sufficient detail to permit evaluation of capabilities will not be considered. Oral expressions of interest will not be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations nor is a Request-for-Quotation solicitation document currently available. Based upon responses to this notice a determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive simplified acquisition. In the absence of responses from interested firms demonstrating their capability, NHTSA intends to request a quotation from WorkDynamics Technologies Incorporated, on a noncompetitive basis for the work described. Responses must be received by the listed procuring office within 15 calendar days from date of publication of this notice.***** =20
