1. This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Multigen-Paradigm, Inc., 550 S Winchester Blvd, Suite 500, San Jose, CA 95128 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase the annual support and upgrade of the following software: Multigen to include Terrain Pro, MultiGen Terrain Bundle for SGI IRIX, Vega Multi-Process Development for IRIX, Vega Special Effects for IRIX, Vega Symbology for IRIX, Vega Nafvigation & Signal Lighting for IRIX, Vega Multi-Process Development for Windows NT, Vega Marine for Windows NT, Vega Light Lobes for Windows NT, LADBM for Vega for Windows NT, Vega RadarWorks for NT, Vega SensorVision for Windows NT, SensorVision Texture Material Mapper Option for Windows NT, MOSART Atmospheric Option for NT. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MultiGen-Paradigm, Inc; who is the only known source for this product. A Request for Quotation may be obtained by faxing a request to 301-757-0200 to the attention of Larry Carter. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. =20
