Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center San Francisco CA intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302, See Note 22. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. Leica Mz FLIII optics carrier with 12.5:1 zoom magnifiction changer, with separate illumination beam path (1 ea). Microscope carrier MZ FLIII (1 ea); Stray-light protector for lamp housing 105Z and 106Z for use with Fluorescence Stereomicroscopes (1 ea); GFP2 (GFP plus) fluorescence filter for Mz FLIII (1 ea); Trinocular Video-/phototube 100% for MS5/MZ6/MZ8/MZ12/MZAPO (1 ea); Video objective 0.63x with C-Mount for video/phototubes (1 ea); wide-field eyepiece for spectacle wearers, 10X/21B, distortion-free adjustable with eyecup (2 ea); Wide-field eyepiece for spectacle wearers, 16X/14B distortion-free adjustable, with eyecup (2 ea); objective planapo 0.63X Mzapo/Mz12 (1 ea); objective planapo 1.0x, Mzapo/Mz12 (0.01 ea); objective Planapo 1.6X, Mzapo/Mz12 (1 ea); transmitted light base HL for highest requirements in observation and documentation, with adjustable mirror for vertical and oblique illumination (1 ea); 150W fiber optic light source with LCD display (1 ea); 1000 MM fiber optic light bundle for HL base (1 ea); 66MM fiber optic ring light (1 ea); focus drive coarse/fine, with side face column for incident and transmitted light bases (1 ea); lamphousing 106Z, for reflected light with centrable lamp mount for HAG 100W, with focusable 4 lens collector and heat protection filter, without ignitor, mains calbe 1.5m (1 ea); power supply HG 100W/DC 90-250V, PFC (1 ea); HG Gas Discharge Lamp 103 W/2 (1 ea); Power cable 2 M, with USA plug (1 ea); DC300F 1.3 Megapixel cooled high resolution color digital camera (1 ea); PCI hotlink card for DC 300F (1 ea); 3 meter cable for DC300F (1 ea); Acquistion Software for DC300F (1 ea); Dust cover for MS5/MZ6/MZ8/MZ12/MZAPO photo (1 ea); 3CCD analog color camera. Mfr: JH Technologies, San Jose, CA. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to JH Technologies for the procurment of this system. Responsible sources who are interested in this procurement are required to submit in response clear and convincing information that identifies their capabilities. In addition, the offeror must substantiate their offer with technical data, brochures, price list or catalog, terms and conditions, delivery schedule, discounts, etc. If this commodity is available under GSA contract, please provide the GSA schedule.
