This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number M00681-01-T-2348 applies. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-27 and DAC 91-13. The item is as follows: (1) Tri-Band Satellite Simulator (C, X, & Ku Band) Weather Resistant Version Model TSS-CXK-WR. Item is manufactured by L3 Communications. All responsible sources may submit a quote. All Contractors submitting a quote are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award.
