- This amendment clarifies several areas in the Notice Of Contract Action (NOCA) the Global Air Traffic Operations, Mobility Command and Control (GATO MC2) Program Office, Navigation & Landing Systems Division (ESC/GAL) published on CBDNet on 10 Sep 01. Clarifications to the system requirements (numbers are carried over from original NOCA) are as follows: 1. ...accurate azimuth of +/- 10 (plus and minus ten) degrees, elevation of -1 (minus one) to +7 (plus seven) degrees... 4. ...greater than .995 (point nine nine five). These clarifications will be posted in the PAR RFI Question & Answer folder located on the HERBB (link below). See Note 26.
