Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center-Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes, MD, intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Small Purchase Order to Dynamic Technologies Inc., Ocean Systems, 4016 Blackburn Lane, Burtonsville, MD 20866, for the procurement of 15 inches 1 RU Rackmountable LCD/Keyboard with 20 inches Slides, Part Number FLY-LCDE-KBD-02. This is a Commercial Item and is required to support the U. S. Army Civil Support Team Projet. The required delivery for the proposed Purchase Order is 1 October 2001. The RFQ release date is 09/13/01; the response due deadline is 09/19/01. Ocean Systems is the only vendor authorized by AVID to field rack-mounted components and is the only source with the capability to provide the required LCD/Keyboard that will enable the Unified Command Suites to maintain radio connectivity with all local emergency services. Any deviation in the form, fit and function of the required supplies will result in impaired communications capabilities thereby compromising the integrity of the system.
