Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement# N00019-00-G-0116 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, A Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 62166-0516 to incorporate ECP MDA-AV-8B 000291, Night Attack Display Computer into the TAV-8B aircraft. This order will be issued on a sole source basis to MDC, the only source with the pre-requisite knowledge and experience in the design and development of the AV-8 Aircraft.
