Description

This proposed procurement is 100% small business set-aside, SIC 1629/NAICS 234990, small business size standard $17,000,000.00. Estimated cost of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Completion no later than 60 calendar days. Work consists of maintenance dredging of the existing Federal navigation channel. Approximately 38,700 cubic yards of sandy/silty material will be hydraulically removed and transported by pipeline to an existing diked upland placement site. All responsi-ble sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors' requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI.
