Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Mr. Bill Arkin, Stage Road, South Pomfret, VT, for the following services: a) chronology of the Persian Gulf War; b) construction of a targeting database including imagery associated with targeting and c) media support to enhance article creation. These nonpersonal services will be used towards the completion of the History of Airpower (HAP) Project Gulf War module. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the requested services, they must respond to this notice before close of business, 1600 hours (Central Daylight Time) on 18 September 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Mr. Bill Arkin, will be pursued.
