Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for the Transcription Services for the Department of Radiology. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, training, supervision and other items of services. Performance period is base period (1 Oct 01 30 Sep 02) with four option years. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference RFQ# DADA09-01-T-0644. SEE Note 1. All quotes submitted in response to the RFQ must remain firm through 30 Sep 01.
